PassPORT is a free website that enables you an online view of the approved, denied and pending trips as stored in the First Transit's database.  It also allows you to submit single and standing requests for approval online.  While submitting requests by phone and fax can only be done during the regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM/Central), PassPORT is available to you 24/7.  Download PassPORT's user manual here.
